Dubai Move OS ("we", "us") is a relocation planning product operated from the United Arab Emirates. Questions or requests: hello@dubaimoveos.com.
Account details you give us (email, name), your onboarding answers (household, origin country, move date, budget, priorities), your saved checklist progress, saved areas and guide reads, and messages you send to the AI Concierge. We do not collect payment information — the product is free during beta.
To personalise your relocation plan, remember your progress across sessions, generate cost and area estimates, answer your Concierge questions with context, and send transactional emails (account verification, password reset, plan-ready notice). We do not sell your data, run behavioural advertising on it, or share it with brokers.
Supabase (database + authentication, EU region), Lovable (hosting + AI Gateway), Loops (transactional email delivery), and Firecrawl (fetching public UAE government pages to keep facts current). Each processor sees only the minimum data required for its task.
You can review and edit your onboarding answers at any time from Account. You can request an export or full deletion of your account by emailing the address above; we action deletion requests within 30 days. Under GDPR and UAE PDPL you also have the right to object, restrict processing and lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Account and plan data is kept while your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove personal data within 30 days; aggregate, non-identifying analytics may be retained.
