Terms of Service
Using the product
Dubai Move OS gives you a personalised relocation plan, calculators, a curated Dubai guide, and an AI Concierge. Use the service lawfully. Don't attempt to scrape it, resell it, misuse the Concierge to abuse or defame others, or attempt to reverse-engineer paid features.
Not professional advice
Visa routes, cost estimates, area recommendations, school and healthcare information, and Concierge answers are informational only. They are not legal, tax, immigration, medical or financial advice. Verify decisions that matter with a qualified professional (ICP / GDRFA for visas, KHDA for schools, DHA for healthcare, a licensed tax adviser for tax residency).
Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from Account or by emailing hello@dubaimoveos.com.
Payment and refunds
The Move Pass is a one-off payment of £29.99. There is no subscription and nothing recurring. Payment is taken by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
If it isn't useful, email hello@dubaimoveos.com within 14 days of buying and we will refund you in full, no questions asked. You keep anything you have already exported. Refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually appear within 5–10 working days.
That promise sits on top of your legal rights, not instead of them. Nothing in these terms removes a consumer's statutory rights, including the right to a remedy where the product is not as described or not of satisfactory quality.
Free and paid features
Parts of Dubai Move OS are free to use without paying. The Move Pass unlocks the full guide, the Concierge and the paid tools. The product is early and actively developed, so features, pricing and availability may change — but we will not take away access you have already paid for.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dubai Move OS is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the service or any relocation decision you make based on it.
Who you are contracting with
Dubai Move OS is operated by HERVANR LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 12781193. ThatDubaiExpat is a trading name of that company.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer living somewhere else — the UAE, the EU, anywhere — nothing here removes the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country you live in, and you can bring proceedings in your local courts.
